Reset After a Weekend Fail

Day 5..........

After having great workouts and great eating choices on Thursday and Friday, it all came crashing down on Saturday with old habits coming back fast:

Saturday was going great with moving around (didn't exercise but cleaned my house and ran errands) but sticking to my calorie goal for that day but ohhhhhhhhh.........those s'more oreos was calling my name and I ended up eating about 5 cookies.

But hey, I mess up and I thought I can just pick back up where I left off on Sunday but no.......Pizza Hut Cheesy Bite Pizza with Hershey Brownies was calling my name and I'm not even going to say how many pieces of pizza and brownies that I ate.......nope........

So.....with that being said.........Let me just start over today:




At least I lost 0.2 lbs............

  1. Haha! Girl the struggle is so real! I battle with these issues daily! At my job there's always and I mean always temptation to munch on junk. Keep up the good work!
