Day 38..........


So what's been going on with my fitness journey?

Well to be honest.....not too much but nothing to be ashamed of.  I have been eating pretty okay and documenting (at least trying to be) my food diary using My Fitness Pal.  Made of couple of cheat days but hey it happens.

I am happy to report that I have been cooking a lot of my meals and adding some fruits and veggies in when I can.  My biggest goal for the next couple of weeks is to get my on my exercise routine and keep eating in moderation:


And if you read my previous "Wrap Up" post, you know I did a quick review of the Lay's Southern Biscuits and Gravy chips which I loved.  I can't say the same for the Lay's West Coast Truffle Fries Chips, which I thought would be another hit.  It wasn't nasty but it just wasn't that great either.  When I first tried it, it really didn't have a taste to it but has a cheesy, herb aftertaste.  Let's say I won't be trying those again :(

Anyway......wish me luck this week......my husband has agreed to train me (since he is a personal trainer) so we will see how this goes.
