In the Kitchen with E: Stove Top Chicken

Here is a quick and easy recipe that you can try for some flavorful chicken that you can make right on your stove top..........

So this recipe is basically frying you chicken without the hassle of batter, a lot of oil, and half the calories.  The only ingredients that you will need are:


Ingredients: For 2 Servings:

-1 Tsp of Black Pepper
-1 Tsp of Seasoning Powder or Seasoning Salt
-1 Tbsp of Garlic Powder
-1 Tbsp of Parsley Flakes
-2 Tbsp of Low Fat/Calorie Butter or Olive Oil
-4 Chicken Drumsticks (Thawed)

I set my stove top to medium heat and place the butter in my skillet.  While I was waiting for my butter to melt, I seasoned the chicken in a container and made sure the chicken was covered all over with my seasoning.  After the butter was melted, I added my chicken into the skillet and cooked a section of the drumstick for about 4 - 5 minutes before I flipped it onto another section.  I kept flipping the chicken until it was fully cooked (took me about 15 minutes) and took them out of the skillet unto a plate with paper towels to drain the access off the chicken:
