October Fitness Goals

Hello October....................

It's that time again for me to set some of my personal fitness goals that I want to accomplish by the end of the month.  I have always set monthly fitness goals for myself whether it be from exercising, drinking water goals, to etc.

This month, I only have 3 goals that I want to achieve in October:

1st Goal: Workout 3 to 4 times a week.

I have been struggling with this due to me chasing my kids around and just being lazy.  So I want to push myself to get up and move around.  I want my workouts to be at least 30 minutes and to include different types of workouts including walking, dancing, strength training, and etc.  I already kick off my goal today with doing a fun Zumba workout at home:


2nd Goal: To home cooked meals 3 to 4 times a week.

I was doing okay with this goal last month but I still ate out a lot also.  I really want to concentrate on just eating at home and making healthy meals for me and my family:


My Final Goal: Don't over do it with the Halloween Candy.

I'm not even going to lie......one of the best things I like about Halloween is the Candy.  I have a major sweet tooth and I am also a chocoholic.  So I know that I will be all in the my kids Halloween candy bucket sneaking some of that goodness.  I will just have some in moderation and not go all out like I usually do.
