The Wrap Up (9/02/15)


So what do you get when you haven't been exercising and eating whatever you what to?

Weight Gain.......Yes.........Weight Gain

I have been extremely lazy last week and it showed on the scale but I didn't let it get me down.  I just reminded myself of my goals and decided to focus on them for this month.

But before I go on, here are some things that I tried last week at different restaurants and also at home (Seafood Heaven):

(Texas Land and Cattle Steak House "Shrimp My Grits", Chamberlin's Fish Market Crab Cake Stuffed Shrimp with Shrimp and Lobster Mac and Cheese, and Homemade Seasoned Crab Legs with Parmesan Rice)
So, I got with my husband, who is also a personal trainer, and we came up with a plan to get me back on track.  This past Monday, we hit up the Gym and we started an upper body/core workout:
