While on my mini vacation, I was able to stop by Ulta and pick up the new Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette..........

The eyeshadow palette comes in 12 shades which comes in shimmer, satin, and matte shades.  There is also a mixture of colors that range in cool, brown, black, and silver tones (a perfect mix of dark, neutral, and light colors). What I like about this palette is that you can use this for a day or night look since the color range is so amazing.

According to Urban Decay:

"The key to nailing the most sought-after and elusive eye look ever? Naked Smoky—loaded with ALL the essentials you need for the perfect neutral smoky eye. A true range of shades. The perfect brushes. And detailed tutorials.

We packed this palette with a dozen sultry, smoky neutrals, including nine never-before-seen shades and three exclusives from past palettes. Experiment with warm bronzes, dimensional grays, rich browns, gorgeous taupes and deep black. From mattes and satins to shades with sparkle, Naked Smoky has it all. Each shade in Naked Smoky features our Pigment Infusion System™, the proprietary blend of ingredients that gives every shade its velvety texture, rich color, serious staying power and blendability."

The palette comes with a double ended brush which is used for a smudger and a tapered crease.  The brush is very soft and very easy to use for blending:

As for the eyeshadows, they are very creamy and they apply like butter.  I was able to blend in the eyeshadow very smoothly and experienced very little fall out from using this eyeshadow palette (I only had a little fall out with the shimmery/glittery colors).  This product give off great pigmentation and didn't experience any creasing with this eyeshadows.  With the range of colors, you can come up with many looks with my possibilities (with many looks for work, hanging out with your girls, night out, and etc.).  I would say that if you haven't picked up the other Naked Palettes (Naked 1, 2, and 3) and you want to try one for the first time, I would go with this one.

(I did a quick and simple look using "Dirtysweet", "Whiskey", and "Black Market"
(The colors from top to bottom: Thirteen, Combust, Whiskey, Password, Smolder, Black Market, Dagger (My favorite), Slanted, Armor, Radar, Dirtysweet, and High)
I bought this palette at Ulta for $54 but you can also purchase this palette at Sephora, Urban Decay, and Nordstrom.
