September was a major bust but my plan for this month is to get myself all back together............

I have already set up my goals for this month and also started using a planner on my iPad to set up a schedule for my day which includes my works and daily goals:

Since it's hard for me to get out with a baby, I made a Zumba playlist from YouTube to do in the comfort of my home:

I also downloaded a free 5K runner app on my phone that I can use whenever I can get out the house and also get back to walking/jogging since the weather is finally cooling off:

And last but not least......drink water, water, and MORE WATER:

I will do my weigh in at the end of this month :)
