November Fitness Goals

Hello November..........

I can't believe that it's November all ready but this is my favorite month because of my favorite holiday...........Thanksgiving.

I love Thanksgiving because of the main reason almost everyone love Thanksgiving.........THE FOOD:

LOL.....and this is the time where all of my family comes together (and I am a big family person so I love to spend time with them) and we enjoy each other time.

With all that being said, it's also time to set my fitness goals for this month:

1st Goal: To lose 2 to 3 pounds this month:

So I finally broke the 180's mark last month and I want to continue it for this month (WooHoo!!!!).

2nd Goal:  To start my new exercise program - Cize:

So I got a new fitness program from Shaun T. (from Insanity and Hip Hop Abs) which is a 4 week program that is nothing but dance moves (which I love) so I am excited to try.  I will document my process on here with my "Wrap Up" series post to give everyone a update of how everything is going. Hopefully, I will post a before and after picture at the end of the month.

Last Goal:  To continue to cook home cooked meals:

This was my goal from last month and I want to continue this goal for this month to keep me from eating fast food during the week.
