In the Kitchen with E: Shrimp Alfredo Pizza

If you followed my old blog, then you will recognize this recipe for my Shrimp Alfredo Pizza.  I wanted to bring this recipe back for all of my new followers to show a quick and yummy way that you can make an individual pizza at home..........

This recipe is pretty simple and the items of pretty easy to find at any store:

Ingredients (1 Serving):
-1 box of Sea Pack Light Shrimp Scampi (used 4 shrimp per 1 pizza)
-1 Pita Bread (Small Size)
-1 Tsp of Italian Seasoning
-1 Tsp of Garlic Powder
-1 Tsp of Parsley (**Not pictured**)
-1/4 cup of Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
-1/4 cup of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
-1/4 (or less) cup of Alfredo sauce (**Also, you can use a low calorie/low fat version container of Alfredo Sauce)
-Can of Non-Stick Spray

First, set the temperature of the oven to 350 degrees so the oven will be ready when it's time to bake the pizza.  Next, take you skillet and place it on your stove top over Medium Heat.  I cooked my shrimp to the directions listed on the box, but if you are just using regular shrimp, spray your skillet with non-stick spray, season, and cook your shrimp (will take about 4 to 6 minutes).  After I cooked my shrimp, I set it to the side:

Next, I take a cookie sheet pan, put foil on top, and spray it with non-stick spray to keep the pizza from sticking to the pan.  I place the pita bread onto of the cookie sheet to prepare the preparation:

Once, you have the bread set up, in order, I added the Alfredo sauce, seasoning, cheese and shrimp:

(Added Alfredo Sauce)
(Added Seasoning: Italian, Garlic Powder, and Parsley)
(Added Cheese and Shrimp)
After the I was done with the toppings, I placed the pizza into the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes (just enough for the cheese to melt and the bread to turn golden brown):

Again, you can adjust to recipe to how you like it and if you are not a Shrimp person, you can easily change this to chicken or no meat at all.  If you try this recipe, please let me know how your pizza turned out and if you liked the recipe.
