Winter Haul (Part 1)

Before I officially began this 2016 with all new makeup and beauty review and hauls, let me talk about everything I got at the end of 2015..........

Most of everything I purchased myself with the exception of two items which one I received as a Christmas gift and another one that I won from a contest.  Since I have a lot to show you, I will break this down into two blogpost.  Today, I am going to talk about "Body and Hair" products and tomorrow, I will discuss "Makeup and Beauty" products.  Now, let's get into this haul:

I purchased the Bath and Body Works "Red Velvet Cheer" fragrance mist, shower gel, and body lotion.  I love anything that has a sweet smell and I love these products.  You can definitely smell the red velvet scent but I it also has a citrus fragrance mixed in also.  I love, love, LOVE this collection and I kicking myself for not getting anymore from this collection (the candle and hand sanitizer) because it was limited edition (and not longer on sale.......::insert sad face:: ).

The second thing I purchased was the Creightons of England "Vanilla and Macadamia" Ultra Rich Body Cream from Ross.  And, I love anything that has a sweet fragrance and this was another hit for me.  It's a thick body cream that has a vanilla, cake batter type of fragrance and a little of this body cream goes a long way.  My skin felt really moisturized and it didn't leave a greasy residue feeling on my skin.

I picked up these "The Body Shop" products from their Cyber Monday deal they had back in November.  I picked up the Banana Shampoo and Conditioner (which my hair is loving), the Tea Tree Skin Clearing Facial Wash, and the Vitamin C Daily Moisturizer with SPF 30.

I also purchased the Shea Moisture "African Black Soap Problem Skin Moisturizer" to use as a night cream for my face.  I am going to do an updated facial skin routine post in the near future due to the fact that last year, my face took a turn for the worse in terms of a very bad acne breakout.  My face is doing a lot better now (I have clear skin for right now) but now I am working on clearing my acne scarring.

Now back on topic, I actually won the Boots No. 7 "Protect and Perfect Advance Serum" from Karen from the Makeup and Beauty Blog (Thanks again!!!!!!) and I use this in my night routine.  I'm liking it so far and also happy to report that I haven't experience any breakouts from using this product.

And the last thing that I purchased was the Tarte "Maracuja Oil and Eye Treatment".  They had a great deal on these products at Ulta during December and I was able to get both products (they were sold together) for $15.00.  I haven't tried the oil yet but I have been using the eye treatment every night.  The treatment has been helping with my morning under eye bags so I have been liking it so far.

Don't forget to check out my blog tomorrow for the rest of my Winter Haul ;)
