January 2016 Favorites

Hello February........I would like to discuss some beauty products that I have been loving for the past month..........

First, let's talk about these NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils:

These are not new to the market but I picked these up at the end of last year and started using them this past month.  I picked up the shades "Sparkle Leopard" and "French Fries":

I use these as a eyeliner, eyeshadow, and also as a eyeshadow base.  These are very creamy, colorful (very pigmented), and easy to apply.  I will be purchasing other colors in the near future.

Next is the E.L.F. Blush Palette in Dark.  This is the powder blush palette (I think E.L.F. now has a cream version of this palette) and I LOVE this palette.  This palette cost around $6.00 (I got mine at Target) and it comes in 4 different shades.  They have a matte finish and the blush is creamy, not chalky:

Another product I purchased late last year was the MAC "Magic of the Night" lipstick in the shade "Evening Rendezvous":

I have using this lipstick non-stop and it is very creamy.  This is a very pretty purple shade and it is a matte lipstick.  This was a limited edition collection so I'm not for sure if it's still for sale but if you find it, I would pick it up ASAP.

..............Sorry but I forgot to swatch this lipstick for a picture :(

I previously reviewed this eyebrow pencil (see HERE) so if you want all the details about this pencil, please check it out.  So to keep it short, I really like this pencil.  Easy to use, smooth to apply, perfect shade, and gives me a natural look:

And the last product that I have been loving from January is the NYX Matte Finish Setting Spray:

This has been a helper for my oily skin.  I use this spray to set my makeup and I use this throughout the day (after I blot with blotting paper or powder) to keep my skin matte.  If you have oily skin like me, this could help you and it's not expensive.

What has been your favorite Beauty Products for January?
