March Fitness Goals


It's that time again to set my new monthly goals that I want to achieve this month..........

My first goal is to continue my 5K/10K Training with using my Fitness22 and Nike Running Apps:

Both of these apps has truly helped me with my running distance and endurance.  I went from barely jogging for a minute to running 10 minutes straight.

2nd Goal: To make Fruit Smoothies:

I used to do this in the past and want to start it back up again.  This is a easy way for me to get in my fruit and vegetables for a day and also have for me to have a tasty post-workout smoothie. I will either make my own or buy a pre-made smoothie and this will also help me with my third and final goal for this month.

3rd Goal: Do a personal "No Meat" challenge:

I have been going back and forth with my decision on going vegetarian or not (been debating this for a few years), so last week, I started my personal no meal challenge.  In this challenge, I haven eaten any meat and have taken on a Ovo-Lacto vegetarian diet (which includes dairy and eggs).  So maybe this will kick off me being a vegetarian......wish me luck!!!!!!
