DUcare Portable Makeup Brush Set Review

Today, I am bringing you a review on the DUcare 6 Piece Portable Makeup Brush Set.  This brush set is part of the D series (D 601) and it comes with six different types of brushes:

-Large Powder Brush
-Shaped Foundation Brush
-Detailed Eyeshadow Brush
-Middle Eyeshadow Brush
-Small Eyeshadow Brush
-Lip Brush

These brushes are made with natural and synthetic hairs and the brushes are white (handle) and black (Ferrule). This set also comes in a black portable makeup brush case which makes this great for traveling purposes:

According to DUcare:

"A six-piece makeup brush set made of high quality natural hairs and density Synthetic hairs, soft and silky, is suitable for even the most sensitive skin; each brush is shaped carefully for its function. Suitable for travel usage.

Each of these professional-quality brushes is treated with a non-toxic, hypoallergenic compound that attacks and destroys harmful bacteria. The soft, high quality natural hairs distribute just the right amount of pigment for a perfect result every time. The set includes a gorgeous pattern case to keep the brushes clean and organized."

When I first received the brushes and opened the case, they did have a wet paint type of smell on the brushes.  It does come with printed instructions to let you know to wash the brushes throughout before you start using them and to remove the smell.  I washed the brushes before I used them (please check out my post on how I wash my makeup brushes by clicking HERE) and the smell was gone when they were dry:

The brushes were very soft and applied products that I was using very smoothly and even.  I didn't have any problems with the brushes leaving streaks or losing any hairs while I washed them and when I used them on my face.  There isn't anything printed on the brushes to let you know what brush you are using but it does come with some information for each brush and how you can use them:

Here is an example of how I used the brushes:

-Foundation: Urban Decay Naked Foundation with the Shaped Foundation Brush and Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge
-Setting Powder: NYX Blotting Powder with the Large Powder Brush
-Eyeshadow: Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette with the Detailed, Middle, and Small Brush
-Lips: Kat Von D Bow N' Arrow Liquid Lipstick using the Lip Brush

**For Blush and Highlight, I used other brushes**

I really like these brushes and I love the fact that they come in a portable case for me to use when I travel.  I liked the way these brushes performed and didn't experience any problems while using them.  If you are interested in purchasing this brush set, you can click this link right here -------------> (http://amzn.to/2a0CJrB) and you can also receive a 35% discount by using discount code (X5A6SF77)
