The Wrap Up: Restarting Again?


This week, I have started my Les Mills Combat workouts.....yes, that's right.....this week.  I know what you are saying, "I thought you were doing Les Mills Combat last week?????"  See what had happened was..........

Since my last wrap up post, I did complete my Turbo Fire week and did great with my eating choices:

But last week, I had too many things that were going on with my oldest daughter being on spring break (meaning we did a lot of adventures) and also celebrating my wedding anniversary....I put my workouts on the back burner and don't even let me get started on all of the eating out that I did:

Let's just say that I'm back on it this week with my Les Mills workouts and my eating habits:

Hopefully, I won't have any more downfalls........
