The Wrap Up: The Ending of My Challenge


At the beginning of March, I made a personal challenge to do 4 weeks of different fitness programs to keep myself in shape and maybe to lose a couple of pounds.  So I will give you an update on my final two weeks and how I feel overall about my challenge...........

Let me say that these final two weeks have kind of been brutal.  During my Core De Force week, I was only able to do 4 workouts (my main goal was to 6 workouts per week):

That week, my youngest daughter and my husband were sick and it was the time of the month for me so I was left with no energy so I was happy that I was able to push through with 4 workouts.

The week before though, I killed the Les Mills Combat week:

This week is my Cize week and I have to say that this week started off on the wrong foot also.  I guess I caught whatever bug my daughter and husband had because I was down for the count on Sunday and Monday which meant no workouts.  By Tuesday, I still wasn't 100% but I went ahead and sucked it up and started my week:

The one thing that I can say throughout this past two weeks is that I have been eating good and have not fallen off the bandwagon with that 😁😁😁😁😁:

Overall, I am proud that I have completed this challenge because first, there were a couple of times that I wanted to give up but I didn't, and I can say that I finally finished a challenge that I did myself. But the best part of it all is that I broke the 170's 😝😝😝😝😝:
